It's only a car. Just buy another one.
(And before anyone says about money, if you can't afford to write off your car on track, either insure it or don't participate!)
According to their rules, You need one yes.
Having said that I've never used one.
It's for the best though as if you need to be recovered and there's no tow eye, they'll hook it around your wishbone and smash your bumper to bits.
Jack the car up securely.
Hold the wheel in 12 and 6 o clock position and wobble the wheel. And again in 9 & 3 o clock.
If you can hear/feel a light knocking It will either be track rod end or ball joint.

No idea about track, I drive a diesel Ffs.
If you've had no interest then it's too expensive.
We're selling 50 minis a month retail and putting a good 10+ through auction so the market is still strong despite this being a typically quiet time of year.
So I'd say if you've advertised it properly (decent photos, on autotrader, with a...
Hence why I'm holding on to my three cars as long as I can.
Low mile 172, one owner fiat 20VT and a mini Works GP.
Every time I look on AT they're going for more money!
I just wish I jumped on the Cosworth wagon sooner. I remember when £10k got you a concours EsCos. Looking at £20k plus now...
