I thought I'd get up at 5 this morning for a drive to Snowdonia to get something. Didn't go to plan though. The sunrise was rubbish, there was too much cloud and the shots I really wanted to get weren't there...

I like that Tony. I'm off to London at the end of the month with the wife for a few nights. Hopefully manage to get out for some night photography one one of the nights.

Prefer the first one. Not a massive fan on the over blur to the sides. Nice image though.

Right. I've been asked by my camera club to look for a laptop and projector to replace the ones we have. We only use the computer for showing photo's and the occasional video so it doesn't need to be super specced. Could do with a fairly decent size hard drive I suppose for storing the images...

I'm hoping the theme will get a similar amount of entries to the B&W one. Its also good that the voting thread made it to the front page of the forum, I think it got a lot more views from being on there, and maybe a few more people will look at getting involved. Some of the leaves have turned...

The Mrs loves hers. Seems pretty good from what I've seen with it. Battery life is brilliant, and she said the signal is much better compared to her last Sony phone. She never had signal in work and now she has full signal. Camera is awesome too.

Drive club will be free with ps+ on Wednesday. Not the full version but you will be able to upgrade it cheap I think.

I've not had too many problems with mine although it has frozen a couple of times over the two years I've had it. How is it connected? Via wifi adapters or a cable? That might have something to do with it? They have just updated the software which seems a lot nicer now, menu is a lot better...

Can you not go direct to EE? My Mrs was going to go with CPW for her z3 compact but ended up going direct to o2 because CPW were pissing her around a bit. Ended up getting a better rate on the tariff too.

Yeah. She had a play with the z2 and it was a bit too big. Also played with the g3 and the m8 and thought the same. She wants to use it with one hand and the z3 compact seems perfect. Unlike the Samsung models (mini) it's just as powerful as the full size (I think). It feels nice too, almost...

The Mrs came home with her z3 compact. She got it in white which I think looks quite nice. It's a bit smaller than my Nexus 5 but still a decent size. I'll have a play once she's set it up.
