Tried reseting the mpg computer thingy? I easily get over 40mpg in town driving.
Your car's exactly same as mine :approve:
This is what I want my car looking like.

Might give you a few ideas on...
Just searched on google and none came up that even sold stuff like axle stands. Although, thinking about it, there is a little one about 2 mins from me. Never been in but I'll give it a try, see if they sell 'em before going to halfords.
Or is it worth paying £4 more for these?

I'll probably only use them on the lowest that they can go but these seem to be higer on the lowest setting than the others.
How much APC do you suggest putting in? Just a dash?
Reason I ask is because my car hasn't been washed for over 4 months (I know it's a long time but I've been gathering products so I can crack on with it when some decent weather comes) and it's got no protection on at all. I want the to get...
Hi,
F**k knows if this is in the right section, but I couldn't really find anywhere else to put it.
Anyway, I got my first half decent jack for my birthday a couple of weeks ago as I need to do a few bits and bobs on the car. I don't really trust just having the jack under the car so I'm...
It'd be good if they could all be formatted the same and then stickied at the top of the detailing section.
Must be annoying for the same people to be answering the same question with the same replies all the time.
Autobrite Very Cherry Wheel Cleaner
Good, non acidic product which is similar to ValetPro's Bilbery wheel cleaner. Can be diluted up to 20:1 but 4:1 works best for heavily soiled wheels. Still works well at 10:1. Not much aggitation needed but it does help.
Can be bought in 1L, 5L or 25L...
Ignore my last post, just seen the G4 in the kits.
Two other questions though. Can you put G3 on your windscreen as I've seen some comments on DW saying that, G1 should be used on windscreen and G3 on side windows?
Also, will the 15ml of G1 only do one car as I would like to do my parents cars...
I've been trying to decide what to get for the last hour or so, G1, G3 or the Carlack stuff.
Do you need a specific cleaner for the G Techniq products?
I might have to give this C4 a go if it's as good as it looks.
I've been using AG Bumper Care and as said, it does look good and beads well but I have difficulty applying it to large areas evenly, such as the standard black plastic dynamique spoiler.
Re: What have you ordered?
Ordered myself a Nilfisk C110 so I can actually get a foam lance adaptor which fits! Dying to use my snowfoam, car hasn't been cleaned in about 4 months :dead:
Punto's are horrible cars. I was thinking about getting one for my first car but thought, for the money, Clio's felt better built, which is saying something really.
That looks mint!! I usually don't like sport wheels on non-sports but yours looks spot on. Roughly how low have you gone?
Also, sorry if you've mentioned it before in this thread somewhere, but how much are paying on insurance? I've just turned 19 and my insurance is due renewal in the next...
Looks spot on, as usual! Great work.
Lovely car too. Wouldn't mind a old Mini myself, not sure the insurance would be in my favour though only being 19 :dapprove:
Have a look at the Nilfisks range of pressure washers. They come highly recommended by loads of people on DW due to Nilfisk using metal pumps instead of plastic ones which other brands use.
I was going to get in touch with Autobrite and ask if I could unscrew the Bosch connector, send it back to them and then get them to send me a different adapter out.
