Thanks. A few things I need a mod to edit as I did it on the quick. Do you have a progress thread?
They are AP Coilovers.

If you search around online you could probably find...
Haha. Here's my plug.

Made a few mistakes so waiting to see if mods can unlock it so I can edit and might have rambled on too much ;)
Next up steering wheel trim.
While I was at work the other day I noticed another Black mk3 that was identicle to mine minus the projector headlights and foglights.
My most recent mod was to the interior. I was getting fed up with the cheap non silver plastic air vent trim's and the blue...
Right so after the coilovers were fitted in the next few days I installed 20mm Eibach hubcentric spacers on the rear. Really gave the car a more aggressive stance.
Next I bought some Phillips silvervision indicator bulbs for the front and rear.
Right so after being a member for well over a year and having recently started to modify my car after my recent bump in the snow and icy weather last year (I buckled 2 alloys and bought a set of 172 cup turini's of a cs member) I've finally been pushed enough by TomGardie and Ksykes23 to create...
I've gave it him back as he needed it now. I'll buy my own eventually and keep that in mind :) Making the thread now.
This is how she sits at the moment. So low my fat cat can't hide under there anymore! Yeah I'm going just need to buy tickets.
Thanks for the info. I'll try and get under the car and see if there is any marks. My mates carjack I borrowed won't even fit under the car anymore so I'm unable to lower it myself further (guessing the wheel has to come off lol?) and I might start on a thread tonight as I have the day off and...
Your pics are making me want to go lower at the front. I think 1 coil was 5mm if I recall the mechanic correctly. I find the middle 2nd catalytic converter is the lowest hanging point in the car and is the first to scrape. Never go to the Shires retail park in Leamington, absolute MONSTER speed...
Ouch luckily I don't have that problem with my poxy 1.2 N/A engine lol. The guy at the garage aint working today mate. Will let you know when I get hold of him.
Looks great Kieran! We have similar offset. Believe your leggera's sit out 1.5m more than my Turni's and I put 20mm Eibac hubcentrics on the back of mine and it sits great at the back. I could do with 5mm at the front though. 15mm if we had the wider S archs.

Big thanks to Tom and his friend Kieran for spraying my RS Grill today. Was good to finally meet you. Will get a picture up tomorrow when it's day light!
Hi guys.
So I had my MK3 (NON-SPORT) lowered on AP coilovers the other day and my wheel allignment sorted out. However the camber wasn't properly adjustable as I need a pair of front Camber bolts according to the mechanic?. Anyone know where to get these from? I've only been able to find MK1 &...
Looks great Tom! I think our tastes are very similar and it feels like I'm just starting to copy you! Could see myself painting the Grills to better blend in with the pearl black paintwork.
I am day off tomorrow and I don't currently have any plans other than fitting my rear spacers and...
I could have won a set of clio steel wheels with tyres for £22 on ebay but I forgot to bid again as I was changing the disc brakes and pads on my car haha (never done it before and it was pretty easy. Saved myself £120!) I would be interested in that Tom if I could perhaps get spare alloys too.
Just need them fitted now lol...
I don't have any spare alloys so that will be abit of a problem and removing the tyre for them is a pain in the ass as I would need to leave the car jacked up in a garage somewhere which they probably wouldn't appreciate when I'm only giving them a few quid...
Sounds good Tom. I've heard good things about the place Chris mentioned. Will look into it more tonight. Funnily enough I was on the pro tyres website earlier in Warwickshire! I was looking for a place that can do really good allignment and their name popped up.
Good job with your coils mate...
Re: Silver MK3 TCE Progress Thread
I just put each wheel in a large black bag. Taped it up then cut up cardboard boxes and wrapped the cardboard around the tyre and a placed pieces over the alloy.
I don't skimp out on tyre quality haha. Learnt my lesson already with that! I'll be getting 4 Vredestein sportrac 3's eventually.
Not sure how much on the refurb, I've heard anywhere from £20-40 a alloy. Still need to look into it more..
I'm also interested in getting a few bits colour coded...
True. Thanks Kieran. Wont be getting new tyres untill after its lowered and alloys refurbed so I'll be able to better decide then as the brand I'm choosing do a wide variety of profiles for 195's.
