As above its a PITA really, do you just want rid of tbe ABS for track purposes? If so then just pull a rear sensor and get some good pads up top and decent track tyres and let the fun commence with 50/50 bias.

January, but I've only noticed the rust behind the plastic coating where the pipes sit in the brackets at the rear of the car by the ABS sensor connections so no way the tester would have picked up on it.

Not bad really is it, and they only rust due to the protective plastic outer layer rubbing on a bracket or whatever else. Need to get mine done before my next track day, was in the back of my mind last time out, especially on the long straight at Aintree doing 120 mph :fearscream:

Brake lines are individual from the ABS pump so 4 lines in total, the hard pipe will have rusted before the brake hose on the rear, mine is starting to go as well. You will need a new hard line making up, pretty inexpensive job just a bit fiddly and the brake system needs to be emptied from the...

I find my OMP WRC 350mm perfect for the Clio, it has a deep dish which brings the wheel closer to the driver and the size and shape is perfect. I found the OE steering wheel horrible as it was to big but also to far away from the driver on a really awkward angle.

Presuming there is no oil spatter underneath as in the leak is more apparent under compression then I'd say rings or valve seals, is your smoke blue?

It probably won't marry up with the rest of the wiring (abs sensors), its also a real PITA to change.

In that case you'll need to bite the bullet and get another harness that fits as tge changing pump idea is not really viable. Few being broke on here at the minute.

Do you mean you've changed the abs pump loom and purchase the wrong replacement?
