I'm sure Spray Shack can do the caps mate...they are also in West Mids and a trader on here. They cant do centre caps in powdercoat as the plastic would melt...but you can get them (centres) done elsewhere. :)

Which part of the world are you in? Prospeed in Cardiff will do one to your requirements from full sport, mid sport (usual choice) or quiet hum (pretty much as a stardard one would sound). You can get it tailored to your requirements...which should make it better for you. :)
