Plus if you wanted cup you can fit the 172 cup shocks instead of 182 cup shocks, can't see there being a noticeable difference but you still get the cup part!
If I had to buy again I wouldn't have bought a 182 with cup hubs!
Ye eBay is just like a web viewing item for me when I'm looking for a car (like auto trader) organise a proper viewing afterwards once you spotted what you want.
You can use a car with coilovers everyday without problem if you shop wisely but they will be much more fun on track!
If you get a cup and want coilovers you have my problem of finding stuff that meet your needs without spending stupid money!
I don't mean to awkward but if you want to track the car you will want coilovers eventually and that car has a lot more available to it than a cup/cup packed car like mine.

Also was thinking how hard must it be to change the oil filter when it has throttle bodies on it!
Ye that's it tbh it's exactly the same for me, I enjoy building up what I have and I do go out spending stupid money on drinking and what not.
And the same for my missus but I also throw in that I'm spending money on her with buying her an engagement ring so I need to treat myself along the way lol
Ye I suppose that's the thing, unless you get really lucky and get 100% of the stuff needed then you will need to fiddle about.
And that's the thing if I start collecting parts bit by bit over time, it won't be a huge outlay all at once and then I will prob buy an ecu and have it put together...
