Stupid question here, I've not seen any images showing the new unit standing upright instead of laying down flat.
My current 360 has a space stood on its end, can the ONE do that or is it flat only?
Doubtful.
You'll be able to feed it with optical audio OK so you'll get sound without issue, but any current gen chat/voice lead doesn't look like it'll work with the new controller.
I'm hoping an alternate lead will be available for my TBs...if not I'll go for a different brand of headset for...
I had the first 3 services thrown in by my supplying dealership...they're also one of the Mountune approved fitment centres so the plan is to get them to do the lot in one go.
Having said that, Brentwood's not a massive drive for me and it would make it a bit of an event if I take a day off and...
Change of plan, MP215 will be added when it has its first 12.5k mile service in January...hopefully in time for the annual Surrey Rolling Road day (if there is one).
I don't feel there's anything missing at the moment, but thought as this is a long term keeper of a car, why not have it as good...
Where's the bit about the voodoo s**t? I've had a scan through all I can see and have missed any mention of iOS correcting/filtering mistaken touch inputs automatically.
I don't doubt that at all!
Seriously though, I just love this car right now exactly as it is. Almost 8,500 miles in and I struggle to find even the slightest fault with it, so I kind of want to 'save' the MP215 upgrade for when/if I start to lose the buzz from driving it standard. Plan is 5yrs...
Part of me really wants to, the other part doesn't need it. On the roads I drive at this time of the year the torque and power it has as standard is more than enough to lose traction at will and pass what I want/need to safely.
But my insurance renewal may force the issue and make it happen...
No not yet.
I did run insurance through a few sites last night as my renewal comes up in December.
Modified/Mountuned versus standard = an extra £20.
It'd be rude not to!
My ST came shod with these.
After 8k road miles including one blisteringly hot trackday and I still have 5.5mm on the rears and 5.0mm on the fronts (after one rotation). They should be good for 15k miles easily.
Wet grip is very good, dry grip is very good, progression is very good, road noise...
Firmer and more consistent pedal position...that's what I noticed.
Keeps the pedal where you want it/expect it to be regardless of how hot you get the fluid or lines.
I've not glitched once. I pass my time doing missions, races, and general f***ing about.
I think they have the balance of earnings/rank points/costs about right. Things are within reach, but you have to work a little for them...it keeps me coming back anyway.
Will LOLOLOLOLOL if they do reset...
