Never really noticed the feel difference myself on my other cars, havnt got them on the Clio.
They look a bit neater and won't split like the original ones will do eventually.

If you are putting expensive new brake fluid in then replace them, if you are putting relatively cheap fluid in leave them standard.

If/when you change the hoses from brake line to calliper, be prepared for F.U.N. The union joints on mine were rusted and even after freeing up the nut, the brake line from master cylinder wouldn't thread onto new braided line.
Mines a 2001 tho so prob to be expected on a part thats not been touched in 12 years..

They give a firmer peddle as you don't get the expanding that you'll get with rubber hoses. If you drive 'spirited' you'll notice the difference IMO.

For the sake of a few extra quid I had mine done when I had all my brakes done with new fluid.

I noticed a massive improvement but then my brakes were crap before getting them all refreshed.

Firmer and more consistent pedal position...that's what I noticed.

Keeps the pedal where you want it/expect it to be regardless of how hot you get the fluid or lines.
