Have you had issues whereby when the lights all come on, if you were to use the wipers...would they go slow? That was most obvious thing that I noticed when my alternator was playing up. Remember Dave, your car is several years old...things will fail on older cars, whichever make or model it is...

Dave, I would think its either an earthing problem...or a faulty alternator. My car did same and would kill power pretty quickly.

Why not? I love 5's...so long as it looks reasonably standard. The old car was a beast and sounded cracking...I can't see the new car being any different. :)

looking to be there at 9...i would say its around 15 mins per car (subject to nothing going awry) so with 20 cars...could be about 3pm when we finish. Can do a pub for wind down afterwards if people are up for it to celebrate or drown their sorrows...
