If you search P0420 there are quite a few threads on this.
Could be a lambda sensor, or could be the CAT.
Maybe swap the lambdas around for a short period and see if the code changes?

I was under the impression the MF ones just go stiffer, since mine aren't set at the stiffest setting but are still pretty stiff I fail to see the need unless you're racing it.
Not got the springs, just got the konis as they were the same price as sachs and one of mine was leaking when I got it so can't really compare.
Feels really firm though, and feels planted too, noticed that when I went up to the lakes last month.
