Lambda issue I reckon, sometimes they won't bring on the warning lamp, needs to be plugged into clip to see if the upstream sensor is fluctuating correctly. Changed one on a fr4 laguna the other week, failed on emissions and his trip was reading 19mpg. He's now back to 33mpg
More than likely its had a set of mickeywingwang brake discs fitted, cheap discs are s**t and will go rusty/pit quickly. Go buy some genuine discs and pads.
Last time i did one i ended up removing the complete hub, wishbone and shocker as one whole unit, heavy as anything but saved time i think and i didnt disturb anything doing it that way. Just re-set the tracking back up once the job was complete.

If its a k4m 1.6 16v the thermostat housing is very common for leaking oil, pisses out but the undertray holds it all thats why most people dont notice it. See if there are pools of oil ontop of your Gearbox.
