On the 200's if every 6 years. A specialist said to me he's never seen one go on all the Renault sport 200's he's seen but it's always a just incase in my eyes.
Gearbox is number one, make sure it's smooth and not clunky or grinding when going into gear.
Also belts should be done if it's 60 plate. Normally around £500 job if they haven't been done.
Oh and in my personal experience is ball joints, check for any play in the front wheels or a small...

I found the scorpion that you have on now to be the best sounding just a bit too much sometimes on the motorways.. I had 20mm Spacers on that! Sat and ran well with them on to be honest

I build engines for Toyota, and I can promise you they don't get run in. We do a dry turn over where no fuel is involved and then they are shipped out to derby to built with the car.
They aren't ran until they are sitting in the car, and these are petrol and hybrid so I doubt ford would run...
I've had my ST for 2 months from new, I too was worried whether to run it in or not. I gave it 300 miles before I was going a lot higher on the revs. Still yet too red line it though!
Not a problem mate, I'm yet to try the ones you've bought so can't comment personally! Fingers crossed you don't have any issues, there is one thing though it doesn't half improve the look of the 200's :up:
