The planning for that just said 'bore'! It was planned for 70 hours machining and took over 200. Nice change from shitty cast iron or w**k fabrications we do.

You can fit new adjusters without splitting the headlamps. Any headlamps you get will probably have broken adjusters, they are of the age now that the adjusters are brittle and break easily. These are what you need...
