Yeah, as Russ says, the gain is entirely down to how bad your original inlets are. For example, my T has the RS inlets anyway, so i didnt bother getting the matched ones done.
If you inlets are bad, you could gain 8-10nhp. If they are ok, you could gain 2bhp.
From memory, matched inlets are generally all the same. One company uses a mapper called Andy Cutler (im sure if you search you'll find out loads of info about him, he owned GDI), the other uses Henk @ Fastchip. One company is based in Dorset, one in Surrey. I've not used the former, i have used...

Nowt wrong with the clio as it is to be honest, too many people get caught up in the whole 'i must modify car to make it better & faster & an ultimate track weapon'.

Lovely car, dare i say it an almost perfect looking example, but get that thing off asap!
So many people miss the point of the RS2 its unreal.
Its not about peak power, or maximum bhp, it is about a bolt on solution that provides a far smoother power/torque curve & improved driveability, for a fast road car. For out & out power, or high revviness, fit cams instead, but dont expect...
Elf is popular with (& promoted by) Renault as they have a contract to supply them with Oil.
This dates back, rather unsurprisingly to when Elf was owned by, yup, you guessed it. Renault.
Hence the link.
This chap has 15's, AND decent R888's for £300: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?589748-Clio-172-Ph2-parts-r888-top-mounts-tow-eye-strut-brace
You'd be mad not to buy them imho.
Some useful info for you:
1. Standard seat with harnesses doesnt work all that well, you still slip around, & more importantly, the back of the seat isnt designed to take the strain of the harnesses in a crash. Forces are generally strong enough to crush the back of the seat/folding mechanism...
