What cleaning kits are people using? I have 3 or 4 specs of dirt, I think on my sensor or mirror. I have a rocket blower but that's not shifted it. Do people use compressed air? Or anything else? Lens wipes etc.
Cheers.
I think they do. The Mrs has a 50D and I use her lenses on my 550D and she's used some of mine on hers without any problem's. May not work on the xD though with then being full frame?
I like both of them Blackpool shots. Also need to do some urbexing myself soon.
Couple more from the Liverpool trip. Off again next week to hopefully get a good view of the city from a roof top. Just got to find a roof top that's easy ish to get to.

Good idea. It would come in pretty handy to a lot of people I imagine.
If that was me, then it was from eBay. Haida pro 2. Cost me £47 iirc but that was due to the 77mm thread. Smaller ones are cheaper.
Bought a new 10 stop filter the other day. Cheap ebay job but seems pretty good.
Quick try of it yesterday afternoon.

Went to Liverpool for a walk around last night. Sky was pretty crap but got some OK pics. A lot of lens flare crept in...
Might be able to get them from here.
On my phone and its not the best site for mobile use but looking through it you should be able to get the setup for your price range.!

Looks like you for a hell of a deal there.
That lens is buggered. I've got the same problems with my SIG 70-210. I clean the contacts and it will fire one shot. Doesn't matter what camera I put it on. Local camera shop said its not worth getting repaired.
Does the Sigma 105mm f2.8 come for Nikon? Mrs has it for her Canon and its a nice lens. Not sure how much she paid for it bit I don't think it was that expensive.
Well you need a tripod. A delay on the shutter or a cable release is handy. A small aperture and a long exposure will get what you are trying to do.
Don't always need books. You are online. Have a look at flickr and the exif data on the pictures you like. Will show you what settings were used etc.
Took a drive to Snowdonia this morning. Weather was f**king horrible, really low cloud coming in pretty quick.

The Daily Post do a "your Flickr pictures" feature, one per day chosen from the Flickr group. I've had a few featured this year. They used to have a guy just submitting any old picture until I contacted them asking them to use other peoples images from the Flickr group instead. (His were pretty...
Cheers. One of the few perks of the job.
Cheers Tom. Its in quite a few groups and a few comments are spam but I wanted to get it out there and shown to a wider audience. Thats what the groups are for and it seems to work. Had it in a local paper too.

On flickr, where it says share, select bb code (and appropriate size) and just paste it in to here.
Don't need to worry about wrapping it in picture tags on here, just paste the whole code.
Buy a faster lens ;)
With that zoom I think you will struggle getting crisp images. Might be wrong though but I notice if I'm using the longer end of my zoom then the images are softer.
A flash may help too so you can use a faster shutter speed? Or bump your ISO up?
Very nice! The one with the woman taking a snap is good. Well, all of them are really!
This was my sunrise this morning. Not as exciting as your though but I wasn't 40 floors up.

Cheers. Must just be the sensor. Maybe the lens helps too?
Took this with the same lens yesterday. Had to use live view, didn't come out as sharp as I would have liked though, that could be down to the focus being lower down the grass though...

I don't know how you are getting killed by wolves? There is a prompt and buttons to press. Pretty hard to miss really? The same with cougars and bears.
Just finished the main story now. Very good I think. Wonder if there will be any more?
Got lots of side missions to do, think it will take...
Yeah the update was for aftermath. Nearly 2GB for the PS3 and then another 1.5GB for the actual maps.
Probably be the same again for end game when that comes out next year.
Yup. Premium is just for the maps and assignments.
Even if you pay for the unlocks, you only get the guns, not any of the add on's like scopes, suppressors etc.
