Don't know about the first part. Yozza exhausts are got from Fred @ BTM (look at BTM Motorsport on the traders section). YozzaSport (the original company) has ceased trading (so I believe), but Fred (person with the design rights) still sells them under the Yozza title...

Most Powerflow outlets will do you one. The Renault standard ones are shite & expensive and replacing it like for like will mean you will need to replace it in the near future again. If you get something with a bit more noise than standard, you might find you fall in love with the car all over...

The only 1.4 engine which would make it any better would be the 5GT Turbo Engine. To change from a 1.2 16v to 1.4 16v would be unfeasible for the amount of money it would cost for such a little performance upgrade. (Sorry)
