He means Cruise Control...its down the right hand side of the dashboard (where the headlight adjusters are on a normal 1.2 or Cup)
similar to this pic (obviously this isn't a Clio II)...its the button on the right.
If you try to select Cruise Control (top one on switch) and it doesn't...
Don't worry at all mate...I was doing a few things, then the lads were disappearing off...so once I'd finished speaking to the 'Boss'...I set off, but didn't see you as I went round to say my farewells. :)
Thats fine mate...just asking as it is what mine was like...and I thought that there should be no need for cruise control to be so complicated...then saw someone on here who explained what problem/issue and fix was...so did that and all worked fine ever since. (Just in case as its a cheap {read...
Here's a question...if you were to hold the Cruise Control and the 'R' button when doing over 20mph, does it stay on?

Relax fella, I have just put the suggestion forwards, its personal preference as to who wants to do what. :)
If we have a 15 minute window (09:00 - 09:15) and take a steady drive, then its sorted. We can also swap numbers between now and Friday night (via PM!) if people want to, then at least...

Mentioned Frankley Services South on the M5 if that's any good for people, then we can go M5, M42, M40...
I would suggest meeting at Frankley Services South and go M5, M42, M40 down to Oxfordshire.
Gates open at 10:30 and bing directions reckons its approximately 40 mins from Frankley to Gaydon...so if people want to meet circa 9:00-9:15 for a 09:15 departure time, we can go in a convoy..if...

If you're after a decent car, you've got to be willing to travel!!! Local is not always better. :)
