I think that this has probably been covered on here a fair few times before...but I use 32 front and 30 rear...as you have to remember that the engine is extra weight and therefore the extra pressure on the front should help compensate for this.

I do know that laptab is owned by a mate of Fred's, so he can get discounts...don't know how they match up to this place you've tried. My only worry about powder coating is getting the finish on the plastics the same as the wheels, but I suppose you'd have to try it to see how it fares. :)
