The way to get the knob out is to drop the cat, remove the heat shields and reomove the 4 bolts holding the gear knob in. Basically it can only be removed from underneath.
Yes it was me buddy. I might have part numbers, I shall look.
I only changed the brake and clutch plates as I had a spare throttle pedal with a decent plate on it
Joined back in 2008/9 (can't remember) but wasn't active. Had a standard BG182 apart from black wheels. Rejoined in 2011 on a new account and had another BG182
Now got this.
Can you just paint/powder coat it if you unhappy? I know you shouldn't have too but it would be a shame to fit a brand new part like that and it have visable scuffs/chips.
Yes they are a straight fit. Pull the old ones out and pop these in. Yours being a 1.2 you should have a bit more room in the engine bay to gain access too. It's all a tight fit with the sports and you end up de-skinning your hands!
Tom, got a link to the screws?
Also, there a nice brand new snappy wheel for sale atm, perfect for your car.

Haha, yeah I did have a sneaky peak to see who was watching. Luckily it was no-one! :o The video has had positive reviews, both on my commentary and on the wheel! Tbh that was the first take and only take! I showed my GF and she just laughed!
@masekwm What was you expecting? Lol
I got the struts from ebay i think. I know the brand do good stuff and they was noticeably cheaper. Think Renault wanted £50 odd quid and these were under £25 iirc.
Yes chaps, the wheel was NOT good! In the catalogue it looked decent and it was only slightly cheaper than my OMP Trecento wheel...
Get some cree side lights. Dont get the cheap ebay copies though as they are crap. My cree's are super bright and look oem.

The Ktec ones look great but are prone to chipping. I didnt find it a problem as i just flattened it down and re-lacquered it. Just a heads up.
I sure there was a company (perhaps streamline?) that used to make grp ones and came in 2 halfs so if one side cracked, you could buy just that half.
