You probably dont need that kit on the rears as they do nowhere near as much braking as the fronts. Could get the discs, but £100 on pads for the rear is very overkill imo. Hell, Ive got Halfords £15 pads on the rear of mine!

Forgot to say that KTEC do a bundle deal on the items I mentioned. Just under £200. I'll be getting one next payday :)

What are the restrictions with the D40 regarding lenses? Am I right it thinking that the D40 doesnt work with some lenses.

Only thing I would recommend is a good proper paste wax. Couldnt really give much opinions on a load of different waxes, as Ive only used AG HD wax. I think its really good, plus you get a load of stuff with it, ie applicator sponge and polishing cloth :) You could get some interior items too...

Yeh you would be left with a gaping hole, but you should be able to put the surround back in without the diamond on. Then you would have a smaller hole to temporarily seal.
