I have the same question as jay. My 17" tryes are worn and I was wondering whether to change to 16" 195s. To increase acceleration and to save money in the long-term as 17" tryes are expensive.
Try the hillpower induction kit that comes with a heatsheild. It sounds wicked and although I admit it has lost a little low down, you notice the gain, even at slow speeds. It much better than K+Ns etc.
A m8 of mine nearly had his car stolen whilst he was still in it. This nob was apperently hanging out of his window, whilst he was sat traffic lights in Liverpool. 0-100mph sprint should of been in order me thinks, see how long he hangs on then.
Cheers for info everyone, a certain friend of mine is about to get destroyed by my black 16ver. Oh this is gonna be sweet! ps. I wish more people would aknowledge after a race instead, of bein ignorant.

My M8 has recently bought a 1.9 Rsi clio, and he reckons it can kick my 16vs arse. Although we havent yet compared the cars I was just woundering if anyone knew the answer to my question?? Cheers.

The 16valer destroys calibras 2.0, as this idiot found out one night trying to race me.hehe.However I found that 106s are quite good at keeping up with my clio.
I fine that my gear stick moves on my 16v when I accelerate. It also clunks when I let off the gas quickly. Ive been told by Hill Power that a "mod dog bone mount will improve it" Has anyone had one of these fitted and if so are they any good?
