Yes they are half the price of osrams. I had osrams in mine and changed to the mtec ones which I thought was better. Bare in mind though that you wont get that white look from these bulbs. If you want that then it'll have to be a HID kit I'd say. These are much better than the standard candles.

Halfords suitcase tool kits are great. I'd be inclined to buy the bigger ones for little extra money though.

You'll need a 10mm socket with a small extension on a 1/4 drive ratchet :)

It's certainly worth trying with your hands before you go out and buy something. It's free to try and you can actually wedge your hand behind the fuel rail guard (although it's only 2x 10mm nuts to remove it) and will only take you 5 mins to check.

Mtec bulbs or Osram Nightbreaker unlimited. The Mtec's are actually a better light output from my experience as I've had both. These will be the best option you got without going to HID's. You'll want HB3/9005 bulbs.

@Filters Sabelt wheel looks great. I kind of miss mine but the material doesn't stay like that unfortunately.

Your just too heavy handed Dave. I've never had an issue doing it that way. They have been tight, but they have always come off. I'm only a weed too ;)

Try getting it off by hand as they should be hand tight. Failing that you could use a long screwdriver and pierce it with and use it as a lever. Old skool style!

No, titanium was the more popular silver on the ph1's with over a 1000 made (can't remember the full number) They made 99 iceberg silver ph1's.

No cable at all. The filter is a tight fit next to the battery so no need to. Filter was from camskill and elbows was from eBay.

With filters it can be personal preference. I prefer the itg brand over the rest but others may prefer different ones. Dave prefers pipercross ones for instance. Pipercross also do a filter that will fit the same setup as mine...

I'll post some pics in a mo of my setup. I've got a ph1 with "fatty" induction kit and a itg filter.

Me too. In fact I prefer it to the team as the momo engraving is more subtle, but is the same size and design as the team (perforated leather on the inside, all black, very similar shape, etc) but £60 less for a nearly new wheel :smile: That's why I was asking as I'd never seen this wheel...

Got a link to the pop rivits? I paid £11 for some from Renault (come in a pack of 10) for my side skirt and they was silver as opposed to the black rivits with the triangle centers
