Both sliders are fine... Ill take them out after the next track day and measure, if it caries on wearing ill wire brush the carrier and buy some new pad shims.. Thanks...

Go to machine mart and buy the £70 impact gun. Makes life sooooooooooooo much easier working on the car... Even removing the wheel, crack the bolts with a breaker bar, then buz them right out... If you dont work on your car much, wack it up on here for sale, sure youll get £50 for it... Then...

Any idea what this is? And also, when does the red dot (imob) light go out on the dash? If the light stays on, does that mean the imob isnt disarming? Basicaly, cut some redundant wiring out and now the car wont start... Fuel pump primes and it turns over... any ideas?

Yea, were in the back of one of your pics lol... Are they standard Gti/vts calipers? Try some 266mm disks and calipers from a 306 etc... Had them with standard pads on my old Bianca Rallye, they were spot on!

Possibly a stupid question But has anyone managed to fit a good harness bar without it being in a cage? Done some searches but only found clowns with them wrapped round the rear strut brace.. If I mounted a horizontal bar across from the wheel arches, when you'd mount the back feet of a cage...
