Yes Tom it is. Big thanks to the kid for the work on it!
Not good about the door dent though mate. Get it sorted as it'll bug you. Can't imagine it'll be much to repair.
I've got loads, as well as scratches. Ideally id like it to have a full respray as the bodywork needs work but that...
Car was taxed yesterday for another year. Wing was changed today along with boss and temporary steering wheel until the 320mm turns up, and a final bleed. Oh and its finished and back at home with me!
Just bought the AD08r's that i mentoned earlier in the thread. The...
I have the billet 4 Hi-Spec calipers on my Ph1 and currently has a EBC road pad which is quite frankly terrible!! Im looking at getting the DS2500's as ive had them before and i liked them. Where is the cheapest place to get these?
I believe they are a Volvo 240 fitment.
Mark.
Welcome along mate!
Plenty of us in the Essex area and there's always something going along. Got a rolling road day at AMD next month that a few of us are attending, you should pop along if your free.
I do love this car Steve, and so does my wallet!
As for the pads, I run the Hi-Spec 4 pot calipers up front and I like the DS2500's from experience with my last car that had 4 pots. Being a Volvo 240 pad, they are cheaper than standard caliper sized pads.
Thanks guys :)
Currently in talks about purchasing a set of AD08's that have done 30mins qualifying session. I'll be needing new tyres soon and i dont like my PE2's.
Then it will be new boot struts and some Ferodo DS2500's.
Thanks guys! Looking forward to getting it back now.
New clutch cable was fitted also, although not a genuine one but it was half the price for a new one. As with the rivets I wasn't too sure what size I needed so I just got them as I knew I'd get them for the weekend. I picked them up after...
New rivets for the side skirt, for when I fit the new wing.
And..... It's alive!
Final brake bleed tomorrow, get it cleaned, re-tax it, and the fit new wing on Sunday and drive it again
That is decent!!
I need some new tyres and I had a look at ado8's but theybwas £80+ a corner. I'm really put of by Michelin's. People rave about the rsinsports and at that price, that's very good!
