Lol at the above. Where from and how much was the rear rear bushes. Mine knocks and I know its not the rear shocks or exhaust but get same noises as what you got.

Adam (Renault Wolverhampton) do them for £36 each. The dogbone will add virtually no vibrations, its the engine mounts that do so and even then it's quite minimal.

Just be wary on the spacers Arran. Have seen many threads on the spacer to hub bolts coming loose, and seen it first hand on route to a track day. They had came loose before the the chap had loctighted them in only for them to still loosen up.

That stuff is like bloody glue! Took me ages to remove mine from my handles and center console but well worth it. I hate grubbiness. I used antibacterial wipes and my fingernails for the console. A good few hours it took but at least it smelt lemony fresh when I was doing it! I think you need...
