Hi chaps,
So I'm going to be fit some 15s, what et and width can I get away etc on my ph2 172 without issues rubbing etc?
So either stock height or
Lowered 20-30mm.
Thanks
Thanks Dr jeykll.
To be honest it's not that bad not tractor bad.
In terms of using it on the track what would be better 15s or 16s, should I just put stock 16s on if on a budget?
My ph2 has 17s on they are Oz superturismo I'm not sure if they are lightweight but wondering if I'm better swapping to oem 16s or something? - it feels ok but maybe 16s are better for turn in etc etc?
The car will mainly be used on a track but road driven too.
Thanks
I've got a k&n apollo and I don't particularly like the look of it, plus I'm not sure it'll do much.
Would it be better to install a fatty induction kit and improve it - I plan to make a heatshield/box and duct better.
I'm due to collect my ph2 172 at the weekend its just going to be used as amatuer track car and on the road occasionally.
What tyres do people recommend on a budget without them lasting 5 mins?
Me and my cousin are amateur at best and wont be spend all day however i don't want anything that...
Hi Chaps,
Due to pick up my ph2 172 at the weekend, its had a few bits done to it and has standard shocks and springs. Thing is I'm not sure if they have been replaced in the past or are originals - car has covered 110k.
I presume they are possibly past their best, if not what springs do...
Anyone know the size? - sometimes you can fit sparkplug ones.
I know why it comes on, the two o2 sensors have to correlate and one is the check the CAT is still okay and working. Since its been decatted the flow will be different and it thinks the CAT is knackered, fitting a spacer removes out...
Guys sorry for the question, if i have a light on due to a decat can't i simply fit a spacer ie sparkplug extender which moves out further out of the exhaust stream.
I've done this on other cars.
Thanks
