I'm impressed with my FKs - haven't driven on H&Rs so I cant comment, but going from standard dampers with lowering springs to FKs with Ben_P's top mounts has made a hell of a difference! Make sure you get the silverline ones though, oh and rimstyle.com are cheaper for them.

Looks like the clio cup engine bay, battery is in the boot, so they can put the airfilter where it is in that pic. Moved engine mount too...

About £90 - worth it though!

Silverline x's do height and damping, sliverlines just do height. Dont slate unless you've used them, i'm happy with them, can see no benefit of not having damper adjustment and spending an extra £150 for H&Rs - still though, i cant comment, i've never used them!

Silverlines are fine, the rest will rust. They are £600ish new... Whats the ride like? Mine is a much improvement with them on... And, yeah, get closer to the car...

Rimstyle do them cheaper I think. Spash the extra and get the silverline x's though. They wont rust to bits!
