LOLing at DRS zone.
Corsa sounds like a bellend. Get his plate and report that you've seen the car acting suspiciously - drugs / guns / kidnapping kittens... that sort of thing.
Failing that .. napalm.
I've had my 50mm for years .. not sure if it's a manufacturing issue with the lens, the camera, or a combination of both !?
Can't see how it gets worse over time... maybe it's always been there ? Not really sure...
Will check it in a few months and see how it's doing anyway.
I was wondering why some shots with my nifty were looking a bit naff / soft.
Decided to actually check it somewhat properly.
What I did:
Camera on tripod.
Get a bit of print / newspaper .. something with text so you can easily see what's in focus.
Aperture priority mode - select the...
Pretty sure that covers the help.
I also asked if you had glass cover incase you had forgotten / didn't realise that might also be included on your policy.
You're very welcome.
Were AutoGlass unable to quote ?
Do you have glass cover on your policy ?
Is Google broken ?!
From experience, they're anywhere from £200-500 depending who is quoting.
That's alright then ;) Normally people come on here asking if removing the hazard light switch will save any weight then later inform that they weigh the wrong side of 15 stone.
Sounds like you know what you're doing. Where are you based ?
If this is a road car, sod that for a laugh. However as a track only vehicle - probably acceptable, until it rains ;)
Without being funny - a slightly rhetorical question - how much do you weigh ?
Speak to some other local garages ?!
Did you ask for a breakdown of the cost ? £150 might be the water pump and new belt and 8 hours labour (which I think is too long but I don't know) at £25 p/h.
Call Fred, Danny, Mick, and then call your local Renault dealer for a laugh.
Plus the extra fuel you use sat there like a plum for HOURS a day. My record from Basildon to Dartford was about 6 hours.
Literally ridiculous.
If I ever HAVE to live in Kent and work in Tangoland, I'm getting a bike.
Fly-By-Wire not cable throttle I assume ?
If so, replace it with a known working one... see if that solves the problem. The actuator/solonoid/electrical gubbins are probably borked.
I managed 6 months of going in early (past the tolls at 07:10) and home early - leave office at 15:30 - and was held up a lot. You're going to be later than that Ant, and I know it's going to drive you bananas.
Don't do it ! Move to Essex instead ;)
