Car looked good mate, as said. How/what causes that mistake happen?? Just not braking early enough? I had a couple of brake lock ups but managed to stay on track.. musn't have been pushing hard enough!
From what I can put together by slimming through the crap on FB.. It was initially put in someones car by Ktec, costing around 20k, built by Ktec, made high 300s bhp. Sold to that bloke who has it now, mapped by Chris @ EFI and built/fitted by Paul @ Tech1.
And.. I don't know if the engine pic...
Hmm, ended up turning off after holding the power button about 20 times for much longer than 5secs!
Once it was off, i tried turning it back on and I saw something inside the screen kind of spread, like a cloud of smoke passing through it, weird. It then wouldn't turn on for a few minutes. Not...
Had Rentech fit the brake lines on Monday and a general check over, all good.
Finished work at 5, and since I was near home instead of uni I thought i'd try and do a couple of jobs for Bedford on Saturday.
Jobs were a quick clean, remove 'Renault Sport' and 'Clio' badge, fit new style RS...
Managed it in the end, what a pain. Then getting the glue off of the 'renault sport', and because it was cold the hairdrier trick wouldnt work. Don't think it was worth the hassle!
Replacing the 'Clio' badge with new style badge.. How the f do you get the grommets out?!
Not the easiest in the dark either!
Tried pliers, drill piece etc!
Thanks guys. I opened the black box, pushed in the pins and sprayed it all with contact cleaner. This has stopped my indicator coming on when I have my lights on and brake, but my rear fogs still come on when i'm in reverse. Cheers
The one above doesnt work with one of the two headunits found in a clio. Mine is a tunerlist I think, bought the above and I don't think there is anywhere to plug it. You need the connects2. I think I paid £26 but it's a good piece of kit, and I desperately didn't want to go aftermarket.
That looks amazing. Always wanted a twin exhaust on my flamer 172.
I always though that you needed to remove the spare wheel in the boot etc?
edit.. new ktec product, pricey though.
