Sure is, its literally only done 2k since the belts/cams were fitted :o engine has done 76,963 miles iirc. That will be similar to mine then, just stick a decent filter on it too and youll be well away! also cheapest way to get a cammed engine :) Take it your getting it mapped to your ecu?

You can easily add castor using the cup wishbones/move the bolt hole on the wishbone as chip did, though im unsure how it compares angle wise. But after fitting cup wishbones you wont be far off the price of the AST mounts. But The way the AST mounts add the castor is also more practical, as...

Engine mounts? mine used to judder when pulling away, turned out the top mount had split in two and the weight of the engine kept it in place

AST allow you give more castor/camber than the PMS mounts. AST are alot more money, so is it worth the extra money for the option to add the castor? PMS top mounts can be used with there very well designed strutbrace in the future if you wanted stiffen the front of the car. Ive had AST top...
