Well worth it, done it on my old 172 and will be doing it on the cup as well. however just to add it think the new price is more like 180-185 with deliver etc iirc

The most annoying thing by far!! you cannot get anything other than a small can in the, makes McDonalds drive throughs a complete nightmare. I know it sounds stupid but I bet there isnt a member on here that uses their clio daily that hasnt swore about the cup holders!
Its just three bolts on the front of the housing, really easy to do. However I would advice against using a cheap thermostat as from experience they dont last long, buy a renault part for the extra £10!
I am going to be fitting some old style ones shortly, anyone got a pic of the sleve welded into place. I know its likely to be straight forward just wouldnt mind a picture for reference!
I had the same problem when I first brought my old 172, also had an injector fault which got worst over a few weeks. Cleared the fault for the injector and changed the thermostat. Fixed the gauge issue and felt a lot better.

Cheers I will get TREs as well then. Was looking on gsf but they have sold out of their 'premium' ones. Anyone used the 'standard' grade ones from them as they don't list a manufacture on the site.
