Hey guys, I've been searching for some help on how to change a rad on a 172 cup (AC model)... I have the new rad, and confident taking the bumper off, but can't find a three which goes into any detail on how to change it. Can anyone help?

I just got average 47mpg sitting at about 70mph on the motorway just now in the Cup! I get about 40mpg cruising at 80-90!!! Who needs a diesel?!

Nah, I put the sticker on when it was fine, I've since been a bit heavy handed with a pressure washer and took the lacquer off the left hand side of the boot lid. It's otherwise mint.

I've sorted the exhaust issues anyway, I only pay £4 for the standard exhaust mount anyway so i would much rather buy a new one each time it breaks.

Been busy at work for a long time so have used my well-earned week off by putting it through a service and had its belts done. Now massively skint and still need a new set of tyres next month. Any suggestions for rubber and best place to get it? Is online cheapest?

Just picked the Cup up from having its service and belts done. Also had polyflex'd dogbone fitted too. Feels really tight initially and pulls so smoothly... Best money I've spent in a while!

Got myself a wide-arch V6 kit on my Cup!

Gave it a proper good clean. Also managed to remove all the lacquer off the rear bumper with the karcher pressure washer!! Oops!!! Any recommend a good sprayer near Exeter, or someone selling a mint Mondial Blue cup bumper?!
