I appreciate the advice. The location of the car pictures was only chosen due to being parked there and having my camera with me.

Fill your tank to the top. Reset your trip computer. Drive till fuel light comes on and then refill your fuel tank. See how many litres you have used and what your milage your trip computer says. Stick this information into google and you will get your actual MPG figure. When you've got that...

You are looking at about a 45minute drive according to Google. So 9am and it gives people a little bit of time incase any one is late?
As an FGAS trained technician, a couple of things caught my attention in your posts.
1. If the techie didn't know how much gas to put in, it's possible that he put too much gas in, causing the compressor not to run due to the pressure being too high.

I agree with Steve that to shouldn't just be chucking parts at it. It's ok saying you've got a throttle pedal fault code, but if you don't know what they fault code actually means, or the conditions that bring on that fault code.
But I strongly disagree with advising people to ring a business...
Replace it. If the hub nut had come loose, then the bearing will have been worn abnormally.
And when it's replaced make sure it is torqued up correctly.
Get it done sooner rather than later. You don't want it failing on you.
