It does, my 200 went from no noticeable flat spot to one you pretty much couldn't miss at 2.3k or so. I put up with it for the rasp/crackles though.

It's impossible to say what would sort it without seeing it. TBH unless it's very very light flatting marks, which it doesn't sound like from your description, you're not going to improve it much if at all by hand.

There's something you're not telling us. Either it was a mate that did it and you paid for the paint/materials etc yourself, or the place cut corners. A proper bodyshop cannot make money out of a £400 respray. It just doesn't happen.

Are the seats black leather with black alcantara? If so it's an optional extra, known as RS Dynamica trim. Standard seats in a white RS are black leather with blue cloth and grey alcantara.
