    HTC Warranty Issue

Phone them - demand to speak to a manager. Go mental at them. Tell them you're going to the ombudsman. If they still f**k you around, leave it. Report it stolen with your SP and have it blocked. It's a PoS - not worth the £25 to get it back !

    Quick speaker type question

I'd get a set of components and put the tweeters on the a-pillars or somewhere similar. If they're by your knees, you won't hear them very well!

    Crashed my Clio yesterday :(

Airbags will only go off if needed, i.e.: a sudden stop. Or just before the restart after a safety car.

    Crashed my Clio yesterday :(

I accelerate towards birds. Pigeons are slow fat feathery rats with wings. I lift off for squirrels/cats and I'd do my damnest not to hit a badger (they're made from oak BTW, solid little b******s) but that's about it. Never swerve. You won't win.

    Crashed my Clio yesterday :(

Good effort. I'd say 7/10 with a bonus point for style. Glad you're both alright. I agree on the rear of the Clio - A and B pillars always hold up well, the C seems to be made of fromagé in these things.

    Aftermarket HU Antenna adapter?

There's two types of end IIRC. As stated, that looks about right. The other is much longer. Halfords do them anyway.

Day of bliss - Played with the cars

The widow makers are just awful dangerous PoS ! I wouldn't trust them with a £100 car, let alone the V ! Mine busted the first time I used it.

Kumho KU39s VS Hankook V12 evo VS Rainsport 2s?

I went with the V12s after speaking to someone who had them.. said they were great to start with but wore fast. For the sake of £60, I know I'm going to be happy with the V12s !

    iMac HDD died ?

Bumparge ! Had a moment of inspiration today - There's hoovering and other wonderful house related things to do, but luckily my brain chose this moment to think to use a sat-nav holder's suction cup to remove the glass screen cover !! Whipped that off, took the surround off, removed the...

    Ice Cream Sandwich.

Err... there's more numbers after the 4 ? There's a few differences I'd noticed, and a few I hadn't. The first being I had no idea it was called Jelly Bean :o http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc-mac/software/operating-systems/android-4-1-jelly-bean-1087230/review

    Cambelt Timing after running....

Can you imagine the cost to the OEM if they wrote 'using the engine without the aux belt is OK' and they had to do all the warranty work where people have f**ked up thinking they didn't need one ?! The public are generally stupid or a bit crafty. Renault would be filing for administration...

    Euro Inspired '02 1.2 16v

Which part of Europe were you inspired by ? Needs to be about 3" lower and much smoother to be anything near 'Euro'd' IMO. Not a fan of the tints, or the wheels TBH. Sorry !

Best way of painting "Grande" Writing on badge?

Carefully. ;) I would probably use a very small stencil brush and go carefully, or I'd have painted the orange first, then waited a few days, masked the letters and cut them out carefully followed by spraying the back part. Hindsight. It's wonderful.

    Which Stereo do i need?

What's wrong with the one you've got ? Unless it's a £20 one from Lidl, I'd expect it to be better than anything Renault put in. The standard HUs are complete pony IMO.
