i have primed it and done the base coat of black, but I want to paint the writing orange, i have the orange as a spray paint and dont know what the best way to paint it is..?

Best way of painting "Grande" Writing on badge?

Carefully.
I would probably use a very small stencil brush and go carefully, or I'd have painted the orange first, then waited a few days, masked the letters and cut them out carefully followed by spraying the back part.
Hindsight.

i dont have any brushes lying about the house :/ any chance u can link me to some on ebay or something? baring in mind the writing is tiny xD

Yeah mate, cut potato in half, spray the potato and then press onto the lettering. Works a treat.
