Honestly, dreadful composition. The pillars in the background dont add anything to the shot. Crop in a bit or zoom out and get the bridge in as part of the shot.

That's not a challenge. You don't want / won't be able to get temp insurance. It'll go up A LOT when you pass your test ! I presume you already know this.
