So today's the first day of the car officially being a garage queen.
Few maintenance bits and pieces need to be replaced first, rear pads and discs (nothing special as they don't do alot at the best of times other than balance the car into corners) and shocks are going on this...

I have SV Onyx, Bouncers CTR and R222, probably on par with these, and easier to remove than Bouncers.

Yeah exactly, ideally i will use warm water, more for the fact it keeps my hands water. However i won't was a car is i don't have warm water. Just being extra careful with the wash routine.
Some people will tell you that warm water will make the agents within the shampoo work better! Also your mit won't be as rigid!
However, I sometimes use cold water, and notice little difference tbh

Which panels is your protection reducing in the below picture?
I tend to find door panels, side skirts anywhere that can have passing dirt thrown at it with suffer most. So just behind your front wheel arch will normally be the first to go, unless you layer is more heavily in these areas.

I like them, really oily and can be worked for ages.
I tested them with a flex and was pretty good to use.
However Menz are really good too! The compounds i would use would be Megs105/205, Menz & Scholl. Don't think you can go wrong with any of those with hex pads.
Which menz combo's you using?
