I have a 182 non cup and I went for 172 cup shocks, I believe these are stiffer. I haven't got them fitted yet though

That being the case I retract my previous statement and I'll go and foam/jizz quietly

Hi, I am in the process of refreshing my front end on my non cup 182. I had a look at the front arb only to find one end has corroded/split/swollen. Should I replace the arb like for like? Or are there any options for upgrading the arb? Cheers, Neil

Hi, I've been looking for a front tow eye for my 182 as I plan to use it on track. I really like the look of the Cup Racer/Si tow eye but I haven't been able to get my hands on one. Ive seen the omp one, and the one with the 'D' shackle, but I am wondering if there are any other alternatives...

What would new cup shocks all round, cooksport springs and PMS top mounts be like on track? Say for 10-12 track days a year? Too soft? Would if be best to buy coilovers for the track months and revert for winter?
