haha @Dan.AS. To be fair though the first one was mine I just asked him to go up for me. He did try to disguise himself on the last one, not sure it worked well enough :tongueout:
Can't echo enough what everyone else has said about the weekend. Was such a good turn out i had an awesome time and an itch to get out on track now! We stayed from Friday to the Sunday and made a weekend out of it. Everyone was friendly and chatty, had a few chats with @Sunglasses_Ron, tried to...
Here's a couple of small videos from the morning track session from my phone. Looked awesome to be out there so jealous! wish I'd have tried to passenger at least once
Loving some of the dance moves that we're going on.. although I joined in after this song and probably contributed to...
A fake chimney breast was done in one room of our house a couple of years ago, the block between the tv and speaker has a shelf inside and can be accessed (just!) through a brushed double plate at the left side. Rest of the cables run around the room unto a cupboard where everything is out of...
I have my original for home and a belkin one for the PC / in the car. Seems built well and lasted quite a while so far, wasn't a bad price from Maplin.
A couple of packages have arrived but are waiting on a week off i have coming up along with a few other bits to sort out.
I took the plunge and ordered some spacers, it really did need it after dropping it on the H&R springs. I love hubcentric spacers, i don't understand why people wouldn't use...
It's good you have as im sure someone asking this question probably wouldn't have however yes, it was all checked, volume up for it etc.. Maybe it is an actual HU issue.
Evening,
First of all, i'm not chav, or a boy racer i just like to have some extra bass to my car and I've had this box for the last 6 years :).
Just changed the HU in my car which has an actual wiring harness with phono outputs for Front L/Front R/Rear L/Rear R/SUB Out.
My sub has twin phono...
Rubbish weather this weekend to do anything, that along with none of my goodies have turned up in the post yet!
I decided to give the boot a good clean as i'd never really had anything out of it so far.
A bit more cleaner now for my liking!
I also thought it was time to look at the end of...
It doesn't! It's not too bad to be honest, I plan on getting a few mods such as the Whiteline Anti Lift Kit to help stiffen it up.
I got in the Megane after a few weeks of driving the Cupra and it felt amazing in the bends I missed it! You point it somewhere and it sticks and goes there...
Cheers for the comments!
I agree with the dash comments although coming from a Clio/Megane i quite like it. I have a few ideas for the dash such as the face lift climate unit as the standard is just too plain and flat to start with.
So it's about time i posed a thread for this now.
My last car was a Megane 225 F1 which i loved, it was a nice step up from the 182 i had previously. I had the Megane for just over a year (still do, up for sale..!) and i always had an itch for a Leon even before i bought the Megane but i wanted...
I use a set of Cobra MicroTalks with friends when out and about driving. Makes the trip so much better when you can just talk or discuss what to do next such as lane changing etc..
They cover a few cars distance in a built up area which is more than enough really. If anyone remembers CSS last...
I didn't end up going there, I called down to 24hours or free recommended by Kchristmas. They did a few interior parts and the bottom half of my passenger door/rear quater and did a great job, spot on colour match too. Cost around £200 for all that if I recall.
I've only heard good things...
I'm looking forward to seeing the replies to this!
They're a car that's around 10 years old they're going to have problems for their age such as the exhaust going rusty (although the exhaust on these are known to be pretty poor for this), possible wheel bearings going. Breaks are just a thing...
I had similar with one of mine, jump starting it did nothing if the immobiliser light will not go out.
Checking the earths and then cleaning up all the relays (WD40, give them a little tap just incase ones stuck too) seemed to sort the job out.
Yeah they have their own list so maybe thats an option. Although if you add in other channels to the favorites list it will put them in EPG number order still.
Sky sorted it out for most channels putting them in their 'proper' places for HD pack customers but the main 1-5 were left standard...
Thanks again for the advice Neil,
Called up Adrian Flux to cancel my renewal and one of the companies they use came back at £600 exactly for the cover which again is a really good price.
Need to weigh up if it is worth it to renew at that price and be able mod for the next year or if i don't...
I suppose i did make a simple post into more than it needed to be haha! I was basically asking if it was worth me getting a quote without my accident the policy as it runs out pretty soon. Esure have similar prices to specialists with the accident on, so maybe such as yourselves would be quite...
I suppose the quote information you have down for me would still be valid.. but only for less than a month of my policy. Not that it would end up making too much of a difference as i couldn't really do without insurance for that period!
I'll send you a PM now if you don't mind!
Thanks.
So my insurance is due in 3 days and i'm stuck on what to do.
I think i'm going to end up going with the dearer price in the end after all this but i thought i would ask and maybe the insurance people could stick their nose in.
My renewal is coming back at around £680, this is very similar to...
