a half decent garage should be able to make you up one pretty quickly, take the old one off and take it to them as a template or could just get them to do it
could you not remove them grind off the U shaped piece of metal on the top bolt hole and drill the holes to std size, and use a propper set of camber bolts?
high offset wheels would mean they sit far in (did you check what et they were first?)
once people know the offset of your wheels then they can start giving you an answer to bow bigger spacers you need
