    why 197 cams on a 1*2?

    They work reasonably well with the stock inlet too in my experience. (And MicKPM @Deany will also vouch for how well my old engine went with them on a stock inlet) they are as good as 428's IMO.

    Here. TDC the enfine check the crank location on flywheel lock cams remove aux kit remove upper cover undo lower cover undo bottom pulley release cambelt tension remove idlers lock pulleys undo pulleys remove dephaser assembly is the reversal of removal.

    Late ph1's didn't have a regulator either. ph1's generally have a pressure regulator.

    I hope you got the chassis number from the vehicle it came from. As without it you won't be able to get replacement keys. Also the decoder ring isn't part of the matched set.

    Get yourself in to IAM/RoSPA. It'll help you no end :) RoSPA is only a membership fee, all the tuition is free :) Heres a good link for some reading material.     The ph1 exhaust manifold is no different. And the throttle body Is cable driven not DBW.
