It's about the same cost to get my box repaired as it is to put a refurbished box in and the prices go up something stupid when you want more than 3 months warranty

Sorted a place to refurb my front seat aswell so things are about to get done

I've now got the money sorted for it and there's a place who has one but it's giving them £1020 that's the hard bit to fit it , but I can't move on and get the map and really enjoy the car without it

Yh I had a long chat with them and they do seem to know what there talking about and they also dislike the bluefin one

The diffuser is attached to the bumper but if I push the bumper in it knocks against something behind it ?

After many hours thinking I've decided against the bluefin and getting a local remap place to custom map my car , not for more power but for a better drive and hopefully increase the mpg a little

Gonna just bite the bullet and book into local garage to get a refurb one put it

I looked into the rs tuner and added up its £320+ and the bluefin is £249 and u still have to sell the rs module , I work with 2 blokes that have got the bluefin map , one on a megane 300 rs and one with a focus st and both say it makes a big difference and I've driven the focus after and...

D did you notice a difference in mpg and 0-60 times ? Thanks for a normal comment

I'm not looking for a sudden track car to come out of a simple generic map but maybe quicker 0-60 and more mpg on the daily work treck , the bluefin is only £250 compared to £400 for most other ones and just thought the mpg extra would mean it would pay for itself ??

once I've sorted my gear box I'm going to get a remap , I've heard superchips bluefin remap is good and I like the way you can remove if you want to then put back on , has anybody heard any bad things about this map or any other ones available in Essex ? Cheers

Measured the bore as there are 2 and the smaller one is 52mm and larger is 56mm but can only find 57mm caps on eBay , are these the ones ? I'm not paying £20 to steelers for 1

Went to local exhaust place and they said anti ball joint mounts had gone so then got it on ramps to get 100% on that and nope nothing wrong with anything , they checked everything and it's all solid , so I've tried the boot and that's solid and don't move and now had wheels ,exhaust, joints and...

Tried that today and boot was solid and still a knocking from rear , sounds like the exhaust against the diffuser , any body experience this ?

With this key I just need it near the car to open and start it so what's stopping a thief rolling up outside and opening my car as my key in inside the house ? How far away does my key need to be so it won't open and won't start ? Thank you for replies
