It will be the throttle body, wants stripping down and cleaning up to start with (brake cleaner works well) or worst case scenario a new one. Any decent garage should be able to do that for you, I would estimate an hours labour.

Well its nowhere near as heavy as my old landrover defender, but if you jump out of a clio 1.2/ corsa or any other eurobox then you do notice the clutch is slightly heavier than what your used to, its no biggy, just a characteristic of the car.
