Ahh great, thanks for the reply. I thought there was a reason like damage in some way but then you said it was non-acidic as well.
But yeah if they come well maintained, then no need to use it.
Sorry, i used the wrong word there (pass is just a once over right? Vs a set which is set of passes left to right up and down etc until the product is broken down?)
I think what i meant to ask was, was it just the one product and one pad - but I think I know the answer to that.
Still got to...
Good luck, why cant it just be straight forward plug and play?!
If you go back to oem route, hopefully the decoding solution makes it easier for you...i do believe there used to be someone on here that had wrote a keygen for the radios? But i think that was Mk2 clios so the model below the...
Fyi its @SharpyClio whose been helping you out, not me 😂
I know certain cars dont have a permanent live in the normal radio loom e.g. E9X BMWs, what model car is it, did you mention TomTom edition?
As daft as it sounds, when you've tested the pioneer radio, you have turned the ignition on...
Back to the original question re where to look for a code for the replacement oem headunit, ive used services off of ebay, just message them first to see if they can decode that particular model.
Search 'renault radio decode'
Im yet to play with my Das6 yet 🤣 but ive a silver car currently so no real chance to play...ive had a play on a black door and been impressed so far!
Wonder if i ran round with g101 at say 10:1 (water:g101) whether it would have a similar result as HDD Road Rage?
Isnt the connect2 just for the stalk/steering wheel control?
Whats the issue with the Pioneer radio? I ran a Sony Bluetooth un)!it with no issues at all (no connects2 either)
Theres a couple on ebay with a code that looks the same model as youve pictured?
Just watched a youtube video on this (on a Qashqai) whats it like on wax? I guess no worse than a caustic snowfoam?
I need to change from Autosmart Ultra Mouse which is caustic - but at the dilution into 1L i guess it doesnt do much harm?
Did you ever dry any of the Menzerna polishes...
Not at all, just didnt want people to be get caught out, spend all their profits then be hit with a tax liability and not afford to pay it...that said, the annual tax free allowance for CGT is £12,300 so decent gains need to be made if just from crypto alone.
Apparently Coinbase users have been received emails informing them that they've had a notice to provide HMRC with details of accounts that have received more than £5,000 fiat currency and another email disclosing those with £3,000 in crypto assets...
Just a heads up.
I was going to like your post @rctempire not for the loss of money, but for your honesty that it's not always as easy as it appears! Both Crypto and shares can be extremely volatile, crypto more so in my eyes as I still dont see what the underlying asset is...
Those in profit on paper consider...
@Gally Cheers, I never actually looked at the paintwork that closely before I bought it, was more concerned on servicing side plus it was hell of a lot better than previous Fabia with its rusty sills and arches.
Managed to find an earlier pic and the blend line was there before I had a go with...
Fair enough, there I was thinking im getting rubbish results with where ive been going with the DA and the compound. (Might still be though)
Not too bothered, i'll just use it as a practise car, but i guess it does explain why...i'll have another go see if i can improve. Cheers fellas
Apologies not a Clio, how do I avoid doing what i've done on the door here and end up with some bits shinier than others? (Front half of front door looks glossier than rear half)
I realised my mistake (trying to correct/polish a silver car) and it was tricky to see the product where i'd been...
Just opened a new tin or Tardis coming from Autoglym T&G remover - just ace in comparison.
Is this used before correction? Or it used prior to LSP if not correcting?
Looks great!! Get blinded much with it being white? 😂
Was going to ask that myself - are we talking normal garden pressure pump sprayer or a foaming pump sprayer like the Gloria ones?
My snow foam seems to be varying in thickness, cant work out if its just neglect of equipment (over winter and might have forgot to rinse out properly), got my...
Cheers @MLB and @Gally (actually know its you and not the roasted cheese name 😂) for re-assuring me I don't need to spend more on smaller pads!
I do need more clay and some tar remover / tardis! Had some cheapo ebay blue clay but left a lot of marring last time i used but it was fairly cool...
Certain products come in a container that has the corrosive symbol on them
I'd decanted some neat into a water bottle to give a mate and it 'leaked' out the bottle? Dont know if that was upright or on its side or what?
(AS Actimousse)
Can a car be done with only say 5"/6" pads or would you recommend getting smaller say 3" pads too for more intricate areas?
I guess the answer would be yes but maybe easier with smaller pads too?
Im just in middle of clearing my garage out so i can at least nose my car half way into garage and...
Dont forget to factor in the price of all the pads you'll need, if two stage correction, thats potentially two different hardnesses..
And then the number of each pad..ive not stretched/had the balls to do a full car yet (only played on scrap door) but they say more pads are better otherwise...
Re APC / G101 what ratio would you use for say the algae @riz is trying to sort, 10:1 (water to G101) ?
Someone said a few pages back it can be dangerous and put me off a little bit using it?
Anything to avoid doing?
Whats wrong with my 97p buckets from B&Q? 😂 got orange and black so i can distinguish between my wash and rinse bucket?
Dont actually know if a grit guard will fit in it though?
Sponge? 😱 some might die at that, depends what you want to do to your car? Own car and want to minimise risk or...
