Not quite as good VFM as the Car Chem offer as posted on page before but has anyone seen/tried the EZ detailing build-a-bucket deal?
https://www.ezcarcare.co.uk/products/build-a-bucket-kit-ez-car-care
2x20L buckets, 9x500ml products, 4x accessories all for £75! (Normally £175)
Or 8x 500ml at...
I'd imagine the side level indicator on a bottle like oil bottles might be expensive - but dont disregard just clear or translucent coloured bottles (y)
@Hxrry btw hope you didn't read my post as negative. Rather you considered all areas of concern first before jumping in with two feet and being stuck with/money sat in essentially multiple IBC loads of products to shift.
If im honest, branding and names dont make a difference to me. VFM, quality and the medium it is in/bottles do it for me.
Ive more 5L containers of stuff from AS than i do say AG or whoever else is making products. Seems theres so many 'new' brands as reviewed by many detailers on youtube or...
Just had a thought, Pirtek sell hoses...so i had a quick look at their online catalogue and they sell these QR Guns (a number to choose from) and nozzles (page 1384 and 1388), unsure if trade only though and what the prices are like?
Never actually had any dealings with them but used to go to...
Fwiw I've bought off these a couple of times and have the AB9, no issues to report from my end, I use it in a domestic setting so not 8 hours a day every day.
Machine itself is very quiet vs the Nilfisk i had, quality rubber hose...not tried to use the pw for garden jobs so not sure how it...
Matt at DW did a video on the Marolex ones,
If you have a pw set-up with foam lance i cant see why you'd spend £35 on one though.
Has anyone bought drying towels / microfibres off of Alibaba? The link for the detailingbrush got me looking...a 1400gsm 50x80 is ~£11-14 posted off ebay for 1, or...
Been looking all over for a working link, cant find it anywhere than those forums where you have to like and thank before you can download...anyone else had any luck?
Ive bought from the above company and got one of their AB9. Rate it highly, re the short trigger, there's also a small extension lance (second thing down in the pic) and I'm pretty sure they can make you a lance up as well if you want one - can choose between the two then.
Ive got their AS Red 7 which is a 'bleeding' fallout remover as well, non-acidic and seems to do a good job but im only comparing against bog standard shampoo to wash wheels...
Obviously dont get the same satisfaction from polishing and waxing (even using normal supermarket products as opposed to fancy stuff), but as a quick once over thing after washing when stuck for time is sufficient.
I went other way round and bought a DA without actually having anywhere internal to work...hence its been sat in a box since. Dont know when Black Friday is but where I bought mine from then had a BF sale and was cheaper 🤦♂️
Link to the Autosmart Aqua Seal video in use...dont know if its the...
Just out of curiousity, why not Costco Kirkland ones?
Im a bit of a noob come detailing, try my best not to put and swirls in, snowfoam first, 2BM etc etc.
Bought a DA but not had balls to have a go yet!
Do any of you use Autosmart products? Ive been using their Aqua Seal after ive washed...
Twitter is the place for crypto - but be careful, one of the guys in a room regarding one of my shares got hacked and wallet got emptied lost about £4k. If you guys are playing with decent amounts of money, i would certainly think about a hardware wallet. Oh and of course simple things like a...
I'd be up for either date Dan, as long as its at a similar time to last one. Ought to consider the road from Ribblehead to Hawes, thats a fairly decent run. Might want to tag everyone (sorry don't know everyone's username).
Im up for this! Would probably say Bank Holiday weekend isnt the most ideal date as more cars about? Maybe the route could incorporate Ribblehead Viaduct? I know the road from Ribblehead back up to Hawes is fairly decent.
Not sure about adding display, but to enter your code, use numbers 1 to 4 to enter each number. They start at zero iirc so for example if it were 1211 you press 1 twice, 2 three times, 3 twice and four twice, then hold number 6 for a few seconds until you hear a beep. If you can no longer enter...
The cable that i were onabout is this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Renault-Clio-II-Clio-RSV6-Seat-Cable-Genuine-Renault-/290427502747?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item439ed4009b
However, im not sure whether that is the right cable for you, there are two cables from what i...
Plus its actually getting hold of 80's injector. They're quite expensive, so may aswell just get 80 as said already. That way, some pipework already in place for intercooler if you wished to change.
Other option is 65 then remap taking it to around 80-85ish, thats without an ic.
On cliodci.net...
Thanks for your constructive answer, only reason i asked about the sound quality unamped is wanting to stay with standard headunit, so not really looking to amp them.
I know people suggest the pioneers ones, but with them at 65-70ish brand new, and hard to find second hand, was considering...
