Tempted to order a MBP. Two quick questions 1. Anyone had any issues ordering via that edu link? Not a uni bum anymore sadly, so don't have access to a Uni email account. How stringent are their checks? 2. Is a MBP refresh around the corner? I've heard talk that it might get done in Jan.

Just wish that Siri would work for businesses in the UK. Loving the phone so far. Massive step up from my 3GS as expected.

Interestingly my girlfriends iPhone 4 struggles to load videos on our WiFi that mine (3GS) will play effortlessly. Is it something to do with the better resolution on the 4, requiring more bandwidth? (I too am on a shitty 2MB connection)

Out of interest, if the sensor is a dodgy is there any harm in driving around with this light on? I ask because my Authentique has this light on and the garage said it's the sensor. Can't be arsed paying for a new sensor unless it's going to cause damage.

When I got mine replaced the guy said the refurbs come with 3 months warranty so you may still be under warranty.

Thanks Revs, she doesn't currently have an iTunes account, she can just use mine and download the apps. Thats good news then :) Now, anyone got any ideas on how I can convince her that my 3GS would be better and I'll just take the new iPhone 4?

Just a quick one, treated the Mrs. to an iPhone 4 for christmas, she's obviously going to want to sync it on her own laptop. Is there anyway that she can have access to the apps that I've already bought? I'm sure I read you can use the apps on 4 devices, is this correct? Not too fussed about...

Those that use MyWi could I use it for this scenario.. I have a computer with no Wireless adapter but a USB connection to my iPhone and MyWi installed. Connected to a WiFi network can I get internet access through the WiFi network over USB?

This is the thing putting me off getting an iPhone 4. I'm 100% anti-case on iPhones but if this bit of plastic is actually needed to get a decent signal then I don't know if I can force myself to upgrade :(

I'm still with my poverty spec 3GS but my download speeds are better than the phones in this thread, on 3G 1mb is my lowest with constant 1.2mbs. Upload isn't as anywhere near as good though with 0.34mb being my best!

That trailer on the first page looks epic! Hopefully the people at WB will realise how epic it looks!

So do you have to pay the £8,725 at the end and that's it? Or is this amount subject to the APR? Also if you wanted to walk away and not pay the £8k can you just hand the car back with no ill effects?

Anyone using LockInfo? It's a great App but I'm wondering if some of the gurus on here know anyway to get all the information on the bottom of the lock screen rather than being all at the top. Cheers

They only way they are similar is the episodic content. Alone in the Dark was awful, this, Alan Wake, is a lot better!
