Cool the blue ones speed line had? They are greedy if so :) forge sell blanking plugs that you could use on the air filters...
As for the blanking plates... I think only dm sell them... Mazdarotary parts might sell them....
Or I think on rx7 club there is a set of templates for them... Would...
Dragon, sshould have a few left too... He does the tensioner pulley too... And the power steering etc... You will need a few block off plates if u do it all properly...
I know u had an issue with dm... But for ease i would prob call them lol... Dragon should be able to help though... If u catch...
Every water pump I have touched has a bit of a squeak... Is there play or rumbling in the alternator? The bearings are fairly hefty though I have had 2 die on me but that wasn't the bearings it was the resistor jobby....
I would be removing the air pump and running a shorter belt with new...
What products did you use? And rotary or da?
I was amazed by mine but I need to get a better sealant and wax... I used chemical guys black light and mega gold class... Day later the car has dust and rain spots all over it :( chucking water over it helps but I want something better lol...
Exhaust on the rx7 is up much higher than a 200 lol sills are lower than exhausts even a 4" job lol mine goes 4" to 3" and I would hit the subframe before the exhaust :)
As gaz said its moulded in to the bumper... Thought about removing it but it just looks weird when smooth like its got a fat lip lol, so I kept it... In person it works, my car looks so weird in pictures compared to real life lol, I'm happy with it at the moment, saving for a house so it's kind...
After the issues getting gear found out it was my clutch release fork that had snapped so stuck a new box on, much better now :)
Since then I got a das6 pro and the sonus menz kit...

brushless don't require you to work on them or put new brushes in, also they are more powerful, you need a motor and speed control, look on ebay etc for brushless combo... you will find a load, you want 10t roughly for drifting, i run a etronix photon its cheap and cheerful, does the job and it...
One went on drift works brand new for 50 quid for the chassis... U would need motor and radio on top... Some of the tamiya kits come with motor etc but the motors are crap....
U need brushless or u will get bored quickly.... A 10t brushless motor and esc will cost about 70 upwards.... Radio...

I run a hot bodies cyclone as my main car but just got a yokomo chassis that I'm about to drop about 300 on to use so I got shaft and belt drive... Driftworks has a seperate...
Dunno I'm not a massive fan of vented bonnets... Is it carbo or just black? I know it's sacrilege but even if it's carbon I think it needs to be red.... Apart from that I love it :) put a 12a or 13b on individual throttle boddies in it :) will be 100 times louder lol
Do u know anyone with a dataloggit??? If so I got some better maps u can try....
I haven't seen any plots from stock sequentials so I can't comment but I wouldn't of expected that drop...
Bled it, with help from the misses lol, she wasn't impressed, but seems to of fixed it, think my slave is leaking.... Or taking in air... More s**t to fix lol, will see how it goes for a couple days see if it holds.
