As above check topmounts, I had compbrake and they clunked on mine too

They may just take it as mixed metals

Change the dogbone bushes for powerflex ones, it'll be cheaper than a new one from Reno

I've heard before it's usually the sensors inside the car, try swapping them over at the controll box, red and White plugs under the dash top above the glovebox, not sure if it'll help

Yup still working, new k-tec mounts powerflex dog bone and throttle body on the way and fitted in time,
